Stop spelling out your Wi-Fi password. Print a QR code and guests join your network by pointing their phone camera at it — at your café, office, Airbnb or home.

- 2
Make it yours
Add your logo, brand colours and a “Scan for Wi-Fi” frame so guests know what the code is for.
- 3
Print and place it
Download as SVG or PNG and put it on table tents, the fridge, the welcome folder or the reception desk.
Why use a Wi-Fi QR code
No more spelling passwords
Long, secure passwords are fine again — nobody has to type them.
Works offline
The network details live inside the code itself, so it works even before the phone is online.
iPhone and Android
The built-in camera on iOS and Android joins the network directly. No app needed.
Never expires
Wi-Fi codes are static and free forever. They work as long as your network name and password stay the same.
Tips before you print
- Use a separate guest network so visitors never see your private devices.
- If you change the Wi-Fi password, make and print a new code — the old one stops connecting.
- Print the code at least 3 cm wide and place it where people sit, not just at the entrance.
- Add the network name in text under the code for anyone whose phone can’t scan.
Frequently asked questions
Is my Wi-Fi password safe?
Wi-Fi QR codes are generated entirely in your browser — the password is never sent to our servers. Anyone who scans the code can join, so only place it where you’d also share the password.
Which phones can scan Wi-Fi QR codes?
iPhones (iOS 11 and later) and Android phones (Android 10 and later, plus many older models with Google Lens) join directly from the camera.
Do Wi-Fi QR codes expire?
No. They work for as long as your network name and password don’t change.
Can I edit the password after printing?
No — the details are stored inside the code. If the password changes, create a new code.
